Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani has called on free media outlets in the world to highlight plight of journalists covering the Israeli regime’s war on Gaza.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Kanaani referred to 161 journalists who have been martyred during nearly ten months of the Israeli war on Gaza.
“Palestinian journalists, with their blood, are exposing the Zionist regime’s war crimes against the oppressed and resistant Palestinian nation”, the Iranian spokesman said in his post on Saturday, calling on free media outlets across the globe to be the voice of journalists in Gaza.
